The upscale spot, located inside the Loews Kansas City Hotel, has completely filled reservations before even opening its doors. Staff are still finishing training, but excitement in the city has made it nearly impossible to snag a seat.

Matt Smith, chief marketing officer for Noble 33—the hospitality group behind the restaurant—said the demand has been unlike anything he’s ever seen.

Fans Treat Reservations Like Concert Tickets

For many Kansas Citians, locking down a table felt like competing for Super Bowl tickets.

“I go to a lot of concerts and my pre-sale ticket skills came in handy,” said Becky Warden of Brookside, who grabbed a table to celebrate her anniversary. “It was all about refresh, refresh, refresh.”

Some say the draw isn’t just the menu—it’s the Mahomes and Kelce connection. “Super Bowl champs recommending steak? That’s all I need to know,” said Angelo Lopez of Kansas City.

Residents say this is more than a restaurant—it’s a celebration of Kansas City.

“Patrick and Travis are at the top of their game, and now they’re building something for the city they helped put on the map,” said Janice Bode of Prairie Village, joking that maybe Taylor Swift will stop by too.

Others say just being able to dine at a place tied to the two Chiefs stars makes the experience special, win or lose. “Obviously Mahomes and Kelce owning it—that’s the big draw,” said Tom Jarnevic of Lee’s Summit.
