Members understand and agree that Existube may:
Review publicly available posts.
Transform those posts into written episodes.
Create accompanying videos, graphics, images, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
Edit, summarize, expand, rewrite, or enhance the content while preserving its general meaning.
These episodes are creative works produced by Existube.
Existube has complete editorial discretion regarding how episodes are created and presented.
4. Permission to Use Content
By becoming a member, you grant Existube permission to use your publicly available social media posts for the purpose of creating Blog Channel episodes and related promotional content.
This permission includes the right to:
Rewrite content.
Edit content.
Create videos.
Create graphics.
Publish episodes.
Promote episodes across websites and social media.
You confirm that you have the right to share the content you post publicly.
5. Editorial Discretion
Existube has complete editorial control over its platform.
Existube may decide:
Which posts are selected.
Which episodes are created.
When episodes are published.
Whether content is updated.
Whether content is removed.
Whether additional episodes are created for a member.
Membership does not guarantee that every public post will become an episode.
6. Member Participation
Members are encouraged to share their Blog Channel episodes with friends, family, and followers.
Sharing is appreciated but is not required.
Existube may consider member participation and engagement when deciding whether to create future episodes.
7. Promotional Awards
From time to time, Existube may recognize outstanding Blog Channels through promotional cash awards or other prizes.
Currently, Existube may select approximately one winner every two weeks.
Prize amounts generally range from $5 to $25, although amounts may vary.
These awards:
Are completely discretionary.
Are not guaranteed.
May change at any time.
May be paused or discontinued without notice.
Membership does not guarantee eligibility or selection.
8. Content After Membership Ends
Episodes created while you were a member may remain published after your membership ends.
If you would like previously published episodes removed, you may submit a request through the Contact Us page on the Existube website.
Existube will review and process removal requests within a reasonable time.
9. Intellectual Property
All original website design, branding, logos, graphics, videos, layouts, and original episode productions created by Existube remain the property of Existube unless otherwise stated.
Members retain ownership of their original social media posts.
Existube retains ownership of the original creative works it produces from those posts.
10. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website.
Upload malicious software.
Disrupt the operation of the platform.
Impersonate another person.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
11. Platform Changes
Existube is continuously evolving.
We reserve the right to:
